1. What is a Mystery Kit, and how does it work?
A Mystery Kit is a fun and exciting way to add new jerseys to your collection or surprise a sports fan with a unique gift! The concept is simple: you don’t know which jersey you’ll receive until you open the box. We offer men's, women's, and kids' jerseys from clubs and national teams around the world, all delivered in our convenient packaging. Every shirt is 100% authentic and brand new with tags.


2. Can I choose which jersey I receive?
The thrill of a Mystery Kit lies in the surprise! While you can’t pick a specific jersey, we understand that there might be certain teams or colours you'd prefer to avoid. Just let us know in the 'Any specific notes' section during checkout, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.


3. Are the jerseys authentic?
Absolutely! Every jersey you receive is authentic and brand new with tags. We do not support or sell counterfeit products. You can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting the real deal.


4. What is the delivery time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days. Once your order has been processed:
   •    Australia: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
   •    International: Delivery within 7-14 working days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


5. Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, we ship worldwide! During checkout, you'll see available shipping options based on your location. If your desired destination isn’t listed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange shipping for you.


6. How many shirts come in a box?
Each Mystery Shirt box contains one shirt.


7. What types of shirts can I get?
Our collection spans clubs and national teams from around the globe, covering a wide range of leagues, seasons, and styles. If you have specific teams you want to avoid or already own, please mention them in the checkout notes to avoid duplicates or disappointment.


8. My shirt is damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@mysterykitsaustralia.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, based on our return policy.


9. My shirt doesn’t fit. What are my options?
If your shirt doesn’t fit, please reach out to us at support@mysterykitsaustralia.com.au While our size guide is provided to help you choose the correct size, we understand that issues can arise. We offer a one-time exchange, and more details can be found in our Delivery and Returns Policy. Remember, any returned items must have their original tags attached and be in brand-new condition.
